Come stay at our home! We live here when our kids are not in school but during summers and weekends, we are happy to rent the place out. The house is BIG. It has 8 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom and is over 7000 square feet. We have lots of emenities including an Inground pool, theatre room, workout room, bar, game room, basketball court, and lots more. The home sits on a scenic 7 acre lot with plenty of room to enjoy. Enjoy a cool evening in front of a warm pellet stove or nice summer night on the porch or by the pool. Just minutes from I-71 and historic downtown Lebanon Ohio. Less than 15 minutes from Kings Island / Beach warerpark and the Little Miami river. One hour from the Arc exhibit and the creation museum. You won’t be disappointed!

Our brand new RV has all of the comforts of home. Through the main side entry you will find a spacious living area. Enjoy the over sized recliner couch complete with heat and massage and folding backrests. There is a 50" TV along the angled outer wall perfect for viewing from the sofa. The room can be heated with a cozy electric fireplace below the TV, or you can turn off the heat and just enjoy the ambiance the fire provides. Head up the steps and find a kitchen area with a u-shaped counter including a double sink that looks out into the living space, and a three burner range with oven. The kitchen is well stocked for guests that would like to prepare their meals in the RV. A microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker are provided. You will also find ample counter space. Opposite the u-shaped counter there is an 18 cu. ft. refrigerator and storage pantry. In the front of the RV you will find a full bath and master bedroom. The bath features a tub/shower, toilet, plus a vanity with sink. There are also two entry/exit doors. You can enter from the hall, or from within the master bedroom. The bedroom area features a comfy queen size bed with storage overhead, and two nightstands. There is a 39" TV along the outer curb side wall, and dresser with wardrobes on either side. The 12' 6" eating area in the rear of the RV offers ample space to sit and eat your home prepared meals. Above the eating area is the second queen bed. There will be an additional fee of $10 for setting up the back area as a bedroom. The 1/2 bath is also located in the rear as well a TV with it's own DVD player. For extra space there is a raised side patio off the main living area perfect for relaxing and soaking up the beautiful farm setting. The patio creates an awesome outdoor living area. The RV has many windows throughout, including a sliding glass door off of the main living area. Most of the windows also have black out shades. Guest access The entire RV is yours to enjoy. If the weather allows there is a raised side porch off the living area that can be put down as well. We need advance notice for lowering the deck as it requires two people and we must enter the RV to lower it. The neighborhood While we are located in a rural setting we are within 6 miles of downtown Xenia offering ample shopping and dining options. We are also within 20-30 minutes of Cedarville, Wilmington, Yellow Springs, Beavercreek, Wright-Patterson AFB and the Air force Museum, University of Dayton, and many other attractions. Other things to note Although there are several TVs located throughout the RV there is no cable provided. You are welcome to bring your own DVDs to play in the unit. There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on our property. We do not allow guests or visitors except for those in the reservation. Our RV is only for rent on our property. We do not allow anyone to take it off the property nor do we deliver it to be rented at other locations. Absolutely no pets.

The house has a queen bed in the master bedroom and and three twins in the second bedroom, including a bunk bed. If needed there are also two additional single roll away beds. The house can accommodate a family of seven. As noted in the listing our guest house does not have a TV, internet, or wireless. The house is a place "Get Away From it All". It's the perfect place for quiet and peace, a nice break from the noise we are all surrounded by every day. Two bedroom two bath one story house. The house has a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal, except the food. The house sleeps 6, with a queen bed in each of the bedrooms and two twin air mattresses where they can be placed in multiple area of the house. Our house is close to downtown Wilmington as well as close to the world equestrian center. All furniture is brand new and extremely comfortable.

Very clean and recently renovated, this downstairs apartment has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and necessities for cooking. Water is treated and tested and lake is shallow all around our property, but we cannot promise water potability or safety. There is plenty of algae and nature droppings, but we find the lake very enjoyable for adults and children alike. • We provide life jackets. We do have one kayak and one paddle board with paddles/oars for each for your use. We do not have fishing equipment. In the winter, lake may be used for ice skating, but we cannot guarantee weather or timing of proper freeze. We also cannot guarantee safety, though the lake on our end is very shallow. • We are respectful to avoid disturbing other shorelines that may be private property. • ONLY those listed in the booking are allowed on the property—additional visitors can be accomodated at an additional fee by adding them as guests at booking.
